Catalytic Products International designs and installs a full complement of energy recovery products. Our staff of application specialists will work with you to learn about your energy needs and make recommendations about techniques to conserve these resources.

If you consider that the installation of pollution control typically involves processing unusually high temperatures and in some cases large air volumes, often times there is a substantial return on investment for energy recovery devices. CPI will work with you and your local utilities to identify potential shared costs programs, we will integrate conservation equipment into new and/or existing processes, and we can even provide maintenance services to keep the equipment in top working order.

Some of the energy recovery systems we provide include:

Indirect Heat Recovery:

• Air to Water Heat Exchangers (water heating, steam generation, boiler feed water pre-heating)
• Air to Oil Heat Exchangers (oil heating for various process heating operations)
• Air to Air Heat Exchangers (plant heating, process heating, primary recovery on pollution control equipment)

Direct Heat Recovery:

• Return hot air to the process directly from the air pollution control device

Catalytic Products International also manufactures custom designed shell and tube heat exchangers and plate and frame heat exchangers. While the vast majority of FLOATING TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER applications are used for our line of thermal and catalytic oxidizers, we have an impressive user list for custom engineered heat recovery solutions.
