Custom System Design
We understand that your product is yours and yours alone.  We also understand that how you do things is different than anyone else.  CPI understands that, for these reasons, no two systems are exactly alike.  They may share certain commonalities, certain common building blocks, but every application deserves a fresh approach to building an implementing the appropriate technology.  We manufacture all types of Thermal Treatment technologies, as well as many ancillary technologies.  For this reason, our engineers can choose the technology that best fits your business, allowing you to be as efficient and profitable as possible.  Once our engineers have determined the best technology for your application, we will then custom-design a system to fit your current and future needs.

Project Management
Once you have made the decision to purchase a system from us, you will be assigned a Project Manager, who will be your main point of contact for the duration.  Their responsibilities include:  Developing and maintaining the master schedule, specifying and coordinating vendor activities, designing and implementing the appropriate control schemes, quality control throughout the project, and arranging shipment between our Engineering Administrator, our vendors and contractors, and you, the customer.  Your project manager is a single source of contact that is able to answer all questions, and provide you with any assistance you need.

Repair – Retrofit – Refurbishment
We know with ever shrinking capital budgets that many customers still have air pollution control needs. We also know that many times it can make sense to repair your existing systems to meet today's needs. With over 43 years of experience behind us, we've seen it all. We have the expertise and parts sourcing capabilities necessary to evaluate your repair needs and complete any size project on time and under budget.   We also maintain an inventory of used systems that can be fitted to meet your special air pollution control needs.

Permit Assistance:
Continuing permitting and paperwork after installation are always part of any compliance plan. CPI provides staffing resources to assist you with all your support needs. Whether at time of construction or years after the fact….CPI will fully support your needs to make the entire process smooth and trouble-free.

CPI operates Algor Computational Fluid Flow Dynamic Modeling.  We will analyze the flow characteristics of the fluid flow to develop and engineer the desired results.  This level of modeling helps to minimize field problems and provide predictable results.
