Now each of has a little more at stake when it comes to doing our jobs. Each employee has a defined set of measurable goals to reach, rather than a simple job description. Should the company and the individual reach or exceed their set goals, they will be eligible for the bonus program.
There are many ways to increase profitability without costing our customers more, and each employee was instrumental in determining how we as a company can reduce costs and expenses through better decision making, less rework, increased market share, and a better understanding of each persons responsibilities.
