EPA New Clean Air Act on Greenhouse Gases

EPA will be permitting for Greenhouse Gases (GHG).  In the past, permits were not needed.  Recently, we have had to report Greenhouse Gases, but were not required to file permits for emissions, only HAP and VOC.  Now, however, we do have to file permits for Greenhouse Gas Emissions.  EPA has put together a page on their website dealing with how GHG emissions are classified, and who will be required to file permits.  The link is as follows:
