VANGUARD Ammonia Abatement Systems are designed to remove ammonia from either a liquid waste stream or from a vapor exhaust. At the heart of the VANGUARD System is our unique catalytic treatment device. The VANGUARD System incorporates unique features that allow for Ammonia removal from air streams with a very small percentage of NOx formation. NOx formation is further reduced by the use of secondary catalyst systems without the use of costly reactants and chemcials.

The VECTOR-NR Series catalytic oxidizers are designed to treat hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOC), hazardous air pollutants (HAP), noxious and odorous emissions. The system is a low cost catalytic oxidizer that does not incorporate a primary heat exchanger. Especially well suited to applications with high inlet temperatures where a primary heat exchanger does not offer a fast return on investment.

We have available one of our revolutionary FLOATING TUBE Heat Exchangers. This unit is capable of handling up to 6,000 scfm, and delivers a 60% thermal efficiency. It was designed to be mounted on top of one of our thermal oxidizers, but can be modified to fit a number of other configurations.

CPI has expanded the success of our FLOATING TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER towards the development of our Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger. The Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger’s we design and manufacture are robust designs that routinely see high temperature service. These systems can provide high thermal rate efficiency in typically smaller footprints than shell and tube counterparts.

TRITON III-Series Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers are the traditional three-tower (or multiple tower) designed RTO. While these systems require somewhat higher initial cost, their benefits are realized by being able to achieve up to 99.9% removal efficiency. In some applications, this level of removal efficiency may be required to meet permitting requirement, corporate emission goals, or if odorous compounds are a concern, the TRITON III-Series Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is the perfect solution.

A Rotary Concentration System (RCS) is a proven and effective technique for eliminating low concentratoin VOC’s from a variety of industrial process exhausts. The (RCS) works by adsorbing VOC’s onto a honeycomb hydrophobic zeolite impregnated ceramic rotor. The clean air is then passed through the rotor and discharged to atmosphere. Typical adsorption efficiencies for standard hydrophobic zeolite exceed 96%. The hydrophobic zeolite rotor continuously rotates such that the adsorbed VOC’s are positioned into a Desorption section, where the VOC’s are removed from the surface of the rotor and sent to one of our thermal treatment systems (Catalytic, Thermal, Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer’s)

The METAC family of catalyst are precious metal based and include such Nobel metals as; platinum, palladium, and others electroplated onto a proprietary carrier metal.
