Catalytic Oxidizers
Catalytic Products International specializes in the design and development of catalytic oxidizers that abate and treat VOCs and other air pollutants. These by-products are released into the atmosphere or used with an energy recovery technique to further lower opering costs of our clients.
Though each oxidzer built is custom-designed to your specific requirements, we begin with one of three basic models:
- The VECTOR catalytic oxidizer is designed to handle most typical applications involving HAPS and VOCs.
- The VANGUARD ammonia removal system incorporates features that allow for ammonia removal with a very small percentae of NOx formation.
- The CONCORD CONOx (CO/NOx) abatement system is custom-engineered to include to include both NOx and CO abatement.

The VECTOR-e line of catalytic oxidizers is based on the success of our VECTOR System with the substation of an electric heating system – rather than a gas combustion system. No other manufacturer offers you the extensive knowledge - in both oxidizers and catalyst technologies - necessary to achieve the most complete and cost effective elimination of VOC's.

- VECTOR NR Non-Recuperative Catalytic Oxidizer
The VECTOR-NR Series catalytic oxidizers are designed to treat hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOC), hazardous air pollutants (HAP), noxious and odorous emissions. The system is a low cost catalytic oxidizer that does not incorporate a primary heat exchanger. Especially well suited to applications with high inlet temperatures where a primary heat exchanger does not offer a fast return on investment.

- VANGUARD Ammonia Abatement System
VANGUARD Ammonia Abatement Systems are designed to remove ammonia from either a liquid waste stream or from a vapor exhaust. At the heart of the VANGUARD System is our unique catalytic treatment device. The VANGUARD System incorporates unique features that allow for Ammonia removal from air streams with a very small percentage of NOx formation. NOx formation is further reduced by the use of secondary catalyst systems without the use of costly reactants and chemcials.

- CONCORD CO & NOX Abatement System
CONCORD CONOx Abatement Systems are custom engineered NOx and/or CO abatement system in one modular package. The CONCORD is a unique abatement device designed as a combined selective catalytic reduction (SCR) NOx abatement system and CO abatement System in one convenient and integrated package.
CONCORD CONOx Systems can effectively treat green house gases (GHG) such as NOx and other pollutants. Ever changing emission regulations are hard to keep up with. The CONCORD CONOx System can be an effective alternative to help you stay complaint and profitable for years to come.
