Labor Metrics (LMG)

Catalytic Products International, Inc. employees are not covered by collective bargaining agreements and 95% are highly educated, degreed individuals.

Our Service and Engineering teams are trained in health and safety matters for on-site job related performance and must complete rigorous OSHA training among other site specific training activities.

Each of our employees are reviewed annually to ensure performance is consistent with expected standards and salaries are adjusted commensurate with experience and performance.
