METAC All-Metal-Mat Catalyst:

Catalytic Products International has been manufacturing precious metal catalyst for over 34 years and holds 14 patents for formulations or manufacturing techniques. The basis of the manufacturing process includes techniques to disperse the active precious metals over a large surface area. The METAC family of catalyst are precious metal based and include such Nobel metals as; platinum, palladium, and others electroplated onto a proprietary carrier metal. Depending on the desired results, CPI can offer a variety of noble metals and carrier metals for a long active life, with high performance characteristics. Two forms of METAC Catalyst are available:

METAC All-Metal-Ring Catalyst:

An alternative to the mat style catalyst is the METAC Pourable Ring Catalyst. The METAC- Pourable Ring Catalyst is made up of the same high quality materials as the matrix mat catalyst, but the difference lies in the structure of the carrier metal. The basis of the ring catalyst is pourbaility. While the mat product offers the same performance, the mat has to be manually loaded and positioned into place. When the ring is used in conjunction with our pourable bed guidelines, the ring catalyst can be poured into position, or drained from the bed for maintenance. The development of the ring was an answer to market demands for easier maintenance, and longer life. Reference the Technical Abstract about METAC Rings for additional information.

Ceramic Formulations:

Besides our line of all-metal-catalyst products, CPI is a leading supplier of ceramic supported catalyst products. These products, including bead and monolith formulations, are used in a variety catalytic oxidizer and reactor systems. Choose from the following formulations for VOC, CO, or other air toxics reductions:

Poison Resistant Catalyst:	Resistance to many common industrial inhibitors
Low Temperature Catalyst:	Provides high destruction rates at lower temperatures than other formulations
Chlorine Resistant Catalyst:	Provides high destruction rates, even in the presence of halogenated organics
Air Purification:	Provides outstanding removal of a variety of toxics such as Ozone, CO, Ammonia and Amines, and NOx

Sample testing services:	Activity Testing by gas chromatograph and flame ionization detector (FID) to measure the samples destruction efficiencies.
Sample testing services:	Contaminate testing by use of X-ray analysis to determine if the sample is effected by poisons or other contaminates.
Planned Maintenance:	From washing and reactivating services to new catalyst charges, CPI has the resources to keep your operations in compliance and at their peak performance. Our Service staff can even be scheduled to perform the change out, handle the disposal, and get your operations back to full performance.
