The RTO is used for the abatement of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) generated during the silicone web coating process.

The biggest markets are Asia-Pacific and North America. The biggest users are packaged foods and pharmaceuticals. Packaging materials are also diverse and usually based on the product being packaged.

Turnkey Installation for a Custom Coater

A custom coating operation recently installed a TRITON-Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) manufactured by Catalytic Products International, Inc. CPI provided a turnkey installation including engineering and design of the RTO, the fugitive enclosure system to meet method 204, the ductwork system from all production lines, foundation work, electrical integration, and rigged the oxidizer. The project was installed on time and without any added costs.
