Flexographic Printer RTO Repair

A flexographic printer recently contacted Catalytic Products International for help solving a recurring problem with competitors Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) that was purchased two years earlier. The system had never been able to pass a stack test; the company was out of compliance and running out of time with the state EPA. Any calls for assistance in getting the RTO to be compliant by the original manufacturer went unanswered. Here's how we helped our customer:

A flexographic printer recently installed a TRITON-Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) from Catalytic Products International, Inc. CPI provided a turnkey installation which included engineering and design of the RTO, the fugitive enclosure system to meet method 204, the ductwork system from all presses, foundation work, electrical integration, and rigged the oxidizer. The project was installed on time and without any added costs.

Textile Manufacturer Installs Thermal Oxidizer for VOC Control

A synthetic leather manufacturer worked with Catalytic Products International, Inc. to design a unique Thermal (recuperative) Oxidizer. A recuperative thermal oxidizer was chosen because of high solvent LEL (+25%) exhausted from the process and a desire to integrate a hot oil heat recovery system to work with the oil heated production coating/curing line.

Catalytic Products International (CPI) recently completed the installation of a VECTOR-Series Catalytic Oxidizer at a custom web coating facility to eliminate the VOC emissions exhausted from three different coating lines. After an extensive technology review the VECTOR Catalytic Oxidizer was installed because it offered the highest reliability, lowest installed cost, and lowest operating costs.
