CPI Installs Thermal Oxidizer for VOC Control of Engine Dynamometer Test Cells

The worlds largest automotive manufacturer recently installed our QUADRANT SR-Series Thermal Oxidizer to destroy CO and VOC emissions from the exhaust generated by an engine dyno test cell facility. The test facility houses several engine, transmission, and chassis dynamometer’s for gasoline and diesel testing. The manufacturer demanded a system that would provide the highest uptime reliability and highest performance.

A metal can decorator worked with Catalytic Products International, Inc to design a unique Thermal (recuperative) Oxidizer. A recuperative thermal oxidizer was chosen over other thermal oxidation systems because of high solvent loads exhausted from the company’s can coating lines and a desire to integrate customized energy recovery system.

A flexographic printer recently installed a TRITON-Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) from Catalytic Products International, Inc. CPI provided a turnkey installation which included engineering and design of the RTO, the fugitive enclosure system to meet method 204, the ductwork system from all presses, foundation work, electrical integration, and rigged the oxidizer. The project was installed on time and without any added costs.

Custom Web Coater Chooses the VECTOR Catalytic Oxidizer for VOC Control

Catalytic Products International (CPI) recently completed the installation of a VECTOR-Series Catalytic Oxidizer at a custom web coating facility to eliminate the VOC emissions exhausted from three different coating lines. After an extensive technology review the VECTOR Catalytic Oxidizer was installed because it offered the highest reliability, lowest installed cost, and lowest operating costs.
